In celebration of International Dog Day, we are proud to launch our new ARC A La Bark Pet-Friendly Menu alongside our Pet-Friendly Patio at ARC Restaurant + Bar.

From Paw-cific Salmon and Dog-lettes to Pup-sicle Parfaits, each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to satisfy every canine palate. The menu is also available through in-room dining, so your pup can enjoy a VIP experience wherever you choose to dine.

Meet Harris Sakalis, our Executive Chef at Fairmont Waterfront.

Join Chef as he takes us behind one of his favourite dishes from our ARC 39 Lunch Menu in our new ARC Edit Series.

Paired with Kalamata olives, grilled onions, pita, rooftop garden mint, and a bright lemon vinaigrette over a bed of spicy whipped feta, this Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder dish is a true celebration of seasonal ingredients and the representation of Chef Harris’ heritage.
