Just two more sleeps! The Roasted Pork Quiche by Chinatown BBQ  and Beaucoup Bakery will be available exclusively during Light Up! Chinatown Festival this weekend, August 8 - 9!🏮

This limited edition pastry brings together the bold flavours of authentic Cantonese BBQ and the craftsmanship of artisan French baking. This quiche features Chinatown BBQ’s signature crispy roasted pork in Beaucoup Bakery’s flaky pastry, baked with a rich savoury egg custard, aged cheese, and fresh herbs. Topped with crispy pork crackling and house-made hoisin glaze, every bite is a celebration of Chinatown spirit.

Available at Chinatown BBQ (130 E Pender St) 12pm until sold out on a first-come, first-served basis.

GIVEAWAY: It’s time to Light Up Chinatown with us!

A very delicious, long-awaited collaboration will be back this weekend August 8 - 9 in celebration of Presented By RBC | A Vancouver Chinatown Foundation Initiative, a two-day outdoor celebration of the wonderful Chinatown community.

This weekend, Chinatown BBQ and Beaucoup Bakery are teaming up once again to create a brand new pastry exclusive to the festival: The Roasted Pork Quiche. The pastry will be available at Chinatown BBQ to festival goers on a first come, first served basis starting at 12PM until sold out.

To celebrate the collaboration and the festival, we’re giving away a Light Up! prize pack to one lucky winner:
