SPOT PRAWN FESTIVAL 2026 😋🦐

Another year with GORGEOUS prawns and AMAZING weather! So lucky! 🍀

Our contribution to the menu this year: Poached BC Spot Prawns from .ca , wasabi prawn mayo, caraway kraut, avocado crema, nori threads and sesame on a housemade brioche garlic bread bun!

Much love for the dream team who helped bring it all together 🩷 We’ve all been so focused on the new opening of our sister restaurant that it was a bit of a push to get out there for an extra day last week, but we do love sunshine, spot prawns and the and we had such a great time at the event (as always) so it was obviously worth it!

A few more of our in-house feature spot prawn sandwich CAPTAIN ANDY will be available this coming week. Don’t sleep on this one! 🦐😋

Mega HUGE thank you to and Doug for our amazing new bench 🥹🫶🏽

When Garnet saw that our last bench (RIP) had been stolen, he jumped right in to make sure we had a dependable replacement. Not any old replacement though, the new bench is engineered so it can’t just be picked up and walked away with.

We are so lucky to have a community of supportive and caring sandwich lovers like these two 🥹🫶🏽

In case you haven’t heard, we have a NEW baby sister and she is located right next door! 💖🌸☘️

Thank you to everyone who has been coming out to support both the sandwich shop and 💙

We are all pretty exhausted so will be taking a break and closing on MONDAYS for the time being until we are recharged and fully staffed again!

In the meantime, we will hope to see you Tuesday through Saturday for all your coffee, wine, and sandwich needs! 🫶🏽☀️
