It’s rich, messy, ridiculously good, and only comes around once a year.

Big, messy, and absolutely worth it.

The Meatball Sandwich at Meat & Bread. Tender house made meatballs, rich sauce, parm aioli, gremolata and plenty of napkins required.

Comfort food in sandwich form, built for lunch and definitely not built for eating politely.

We had a blast at Brewery & The Beast Vancouver, serving up whole hog Porchetta with fresh salsa verde, mustard, sambal and pickled turnips.
