On June 10, we're celebrating the launch of Bayshore 65, our new Happy Hour menu, with an all-day Happy Hour by the waterfront. Inspired by the nostalgic spirit of Trader Vic's, this one-day-only event invites you to settle in, stay awhile, and enjoy a taste of summer.

Snack on Crispy Crab Rangoons with Dungeness crab, whipped cream cheese, and togarashi spice, savour Polynesian-Style BBQ Ribs glazed in hoisin and ginger, and finish on a sweet note with Warm Banana Fritters topped with toasted coconut ice cream and Bayshore honey.

This unforgettable Japanese whisky dinner brought together refined pairings and exceptional craftsmanship through an immersive multi-course experience. From yellowfin tuna tartare paired with Suntory Toki to Japanese A5 Wagyu alongside the iconic Yamazaki 18 Year Old, each pairing unfolded with precision, balance, and story.
