H2 Kitchen + BaR tests the boundaries of contemporary southern cuisine with a focus on smokehouse favourites made better by a curated selection of bourbons, whiskeys, and spirits. Designed by Pitmaster Chef Homer Baisa, our evolving menu is an explosion of flavour, featuring grilled and smoked new additions, including brisket, pulled pork, and side ribs. Experience our family-style comfort foods from our modern dining hall or expansive garden-side terrace overlooking the Coal Harbour Marina and the North Shore Mountains. What more could one ask for? With a comfortable atmosphere including modern contemporary décor and an unrivaled location directly off of Vancouver’s gorgeous Seawall, H2 is an ideal spot to relax, unwind and indulge. But we do know how to celebrate. Our Pulled Pork Bun is piled high with smoky pulled pork, wh***ey BBQ sauce, crunchy slaw and pickles, all tucked into a sesame brioche bun with crispy waffle fries on the side.

Pass the gravy. Thanksgiving is on. 🦃

For one day only on Sunday, October 11, we’re serving up a three-course Thanksgiving special packed with holiday favourites and a little H2 smokehouse flair.

Start with Caesar Salad or Chicken & Corn Chowder, then get to the reason we’re all here: Texas-style smoked turkey breast, 24-hour dill pickle-brined and served with cornbread stuffing, crispy Brussels sprouts, red-skinned mashed potatoes, cranberry-orange relish, and plenty of turkey gravy.

And for dessert? Pumpkin Pie with Vanilla Chantilly. Some traditions are simply non-negotiable.

Our regular Sunday Supper menu will take the night off on October 11, with our Thanksgiving Sunday Special served in its place.

The star of our Sunday Supper? A 10 oz. Slow Roasted Prime Rib, served with whipped red-skinned mashed potatoes, roasted market vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red w**e jus.

Make a full Sunday Supper of it with three courses for $65, starting with your choice of Chicken & Corn Chowder or Caesar Salad and finishing with our Banana Pudding Jar.
