For the founders of Timbertrain, Peter Kim, Jeff Shin and Min Shin, the answer is simple. Together they shared a childhood fondness and wonder for trains; how trains worked, how trains transported people from one place to another, and most importantly, how trains brought people together. This coffee offers a fruity blend of Blackberry, Strawberry, Floral, and Grapefruit. It hails from the Santa Ana region in La Paz, specifically from the El Limon farm. Jocsan Otoniel is skillfully crafted from a blend of Catuai, Lempira, and Typica varieties using the honey process.

Jocsan Otoneil perfectly captures the clean and well-balanced taste profile of Honduras, offering a rounded body and natural sweetness. We're excited to share this exceptional coffee with you.

New Coffee Drop! Tropical Chiroso from Colombia ☕️

Discover the latest addition to our curious coffee lineup from Antioquia, Colombia. Tropical Chiroso is characterized by its beautiful notes of strawberry, marmalade, honey, and mulberry 🍓🍯

The process begins with a storage stage that minimizes oxygen exposure. The coffee is then depulped and undergoes a 48-hour fermentation period. Finally, it is washed and moved to the drying stage, where they are laid out on raised beds under the sun.
