The East Coast comes to the West Coast for a W**emaker's Dinner 🍷

On Tuesday, November 3, Provence Marinaside heads east for our Bluenoser Supper, the first Cellar Series Dinner of the fall season, featuring the w**es of Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards from Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley.

Joining us for this very special dinner will be Rachel Lightfoot, the w**ery’s Director of Production Operations and the eighth generation of her family to work the land.

On the menu:

🍷 A slice of Nova Scotia, served in Yaletown

It started over a glass of w**e in the Annapolis Valley. During a harvest visit to Lightfoot & Wolfville, our W**e Director Joshua Carlson and Rachel Lightfoot, the eighth generation of her family to work the land, kept asking one question: what if we brought the East to the West?

The answer is our Bluenoser Supper on Tuesday, November 3. Five East Coast courses from Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia, paired with certified organic, cool-climate w**es shaped by the tides of the Bay of Fundy, plus stories from Rachel herself.

Ever wondered what makes our Eggs Benedict so good? It starts with the hollandaise.

Chef Jean-Francis walks you through it: a sabayon whisked over the flame, butter clarified the easy way (in the microwave), then slowly brought together. Lemon juice, Worcestershire and a few of our own little extras make it ours.
