SO SO RIGHT // if you’re lookin’ for the flowers April@showers brought, we found ‘em.

Specifically, the richest, ripest, purplest sprays of fruity violets and hyssop, hitting with candy-like notes of citrus in our latest feature espresso.

You May Be Right is a Pink Bourbon from Colombia, washed with a thermal shock process that brought out an intensity even WE weren’t expecting.

This coffee is WILDLY sweet and floral; incredible as a straight-up espresso shot but most phenomenal as an espresso tonic. With milk, it’s got a more muted nuance that makes us think of eating lavender ice cream in the garden, late spring.

THE YUZUAL // Nothing ordinary about this girl. She’s sassy, sweet, flirty and floral, a refreshing change from the tall-dark-and-handsomes.

The Yuzual features our house cold brew, dressed up with a hibiscus syrup, a splash of orange juice, and (of course) a good glug of yuzu juice. All shaken like you’re makin’ money on good vibrations, and served with a smoked rosemary garnish.
