In February 2027, I’ll be returning to India for a journey that is very close to my heart and a few spaces have become available to join me.

This isn’t simply a trip to India. It’s an opportunity to experience the country through its food, its people and the stories behind every dish.

We’ll begin in Mumbai, exploring some of my favourite street stalls and the city’s incredible food culture, before travelling through Nashik, Mysore, Chikmagalur, Hampi and Badami, and finishing along the beautiful coast of Goa.

Along the way, we’ll cook together, visit markets, explore coffee plantations and vineyards, meet local chefs and food makers, and sit around many tables sharing food, stories and laughter.

The group is intentionally small, and there are only a few spaces remaining.
