On September 30th, 100% of the profits from every guacamole and margarita sold at Alimentaria Mexicana will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS), a non-profit organization that supports residential school survivors and their families on their healing journeys.

As a business operating on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, we recognize that truth and reconciliation is not just a one-day commitment. It is an ongoing responsibility to learn, listen, reflect, and take meaningful action.

We invite our community to take this day as an opportunity to learn, reflect, and continue to work on reconciliation 🧡
