Tonight!! Freshwater Arctic Char with Shrimp Béarnaise! Chargrilled filet topped with baby shrimp in a tarragon butter sauce. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes with fresh rosemary, grilled asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini. Always something new every day on our features sheet!!

~Fresh Water Arctic Char Seafood Pasta~
Seared scallops, steamed mussels, and Humboldt squid, served over angel hair pasta in a turmeric cream sauce, with sautéed leeks, asparagus, spinach, and burst cherry tomatoes. Topped with a pan-roasted char filet, marinated in honey-lime, and garnished with chives.

~Two Rivers Flat-Iron Steak and Frites with Prawns~
Steakhouse style marinated AAA beef, chargrilled to desired doneness and served with a shallot and red w**e reduction, hand breaded jumbo black tiger prawns, classic pont neuf potatoes, and fresh market vegetables.
