Recommended by the MICHELIN Guide (official) again! To say we’re grateful for another year is an understatement.
To be named alongside so many incredible Vancouver restaurants is humbling. This city is full of talented chefs, bartenders and servers who pour everything into their craft, and we’re proud to be part of a dining community that keeps raising the bar for all of us.
Thank you to our team for the passion and care you bring every single day, to the purveyors who share our commitment to quality seafood, and to our families who support us while we chase this crazy little dream.
And to every guest who has pulled up a stool, whether for date night, a celebration, or just a glass of w**e and a couple of oysters: you’re the reason we get to do this.
