The concept behind The 515 Bar is to offer a respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The 515 Bar is a cozy spot to unwind, relax, and spend time catching up with friends after a long day at work. The soft eclectic music, architectural whimsical lighting, comfy furniture, as well as the food and drink menu have all been curated with one goal in mind. It’s not uncommon for cocktails from Zig Zag Café to grace our menu, and their influence on our bar program is undeniable. The Trident combines Sherry and Akvavit with Cynar and peach bitters. Savoury and rich, with lots of depth and complexity.

New Years Eve will be business as usual at the 515. No inflated cover charges, no tickets necessary. Come by for a cheeky drink or stay all night.

The Jefferson County is our riff on a French 75 with the addition of St. Germain and Lillet. As Patrick likes to say, it’s summer in a glass.
