Meet Viktoriia, our Sous Chef.

Her path to the kitchen was anything but ordinary. With a background in medicine and over two years of culinary experience in Israel, Viktoriia brings a rare combination of precision, creativity, and passion to every dish she crafts.

The same attention to detail she brought to one demanding field has become her greatest strength in another. She loves experimenting with new flavours and exploring different cuisines, and it shows in everything that comes out of our kitchen.
