Inspired by Belgian Liège waffles (yes, the ones that inspired our mochi-stuffed mini waffles), this one was a no-brainer.

🍫 Rich milk + semisweet Callebaut chocolate from Belgium

Meet our first offering: #29 — Postcards from Japan 🇯🇵💌
Available January 17–31
A twist on our first year’s submission, back by popular demand: salted white Belgian hot chocolate with a dusting of salted kinako (roasted soybean powder), topped with toasted house-made marshmallow cream.
Served with a mini Liège mochi waffle (stuffed with mochi), drizzled with white chocolate sauce + kinako.
Best enjoyed: dunk the mochi-stuffed waffle right into your hot chocolate and let the daydream begin ☁️🌸
