The Great Canadian Country Cabin Chip Hut is a small stand located in the Collins Bay Flea Market parking lot just off of Bath road. Every meal has been crafted with passion from a family of food-driven people.

Quick update!
So… turns out the construction on Collins Bay Road isn’t happening today after all 🙃 It’s now been pushed to the 15th. We only found out late yesterday, so communication has been… let’s call it “a bit of a moving target.”

With that kind of notice, we’re unfortunately not stocked or prepped to open for the weekend. So we’ll likely be staying closed until early next week, depending on the weather.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks so much for sticking with us — we really appreciate it! We’ll keep you posted 🙂

Hi everyone. I decided to close today at 2:30 due to lack of traffic on Collins Bay Road with all the paving work going on in the area. It looks like they will have Collins Bay Road closed again tomorrow Saturday June 13th so we will not be open for that. Sunday is looking like rain all day but if not we will open back up on Sunday Jun 14th. I will post again when I know more. Have a great weekend!

🚧 Uh Oh... Collins Bay Road Is Taking a Short Vacation! 🚧

That means Beverley Burgers & Fries / The Great Canadian Country Cabin Chip Hut will be CLOSED from Monday, June 8th through Wednesday, June 10th while the road closure is in effect.

BUT...

TODAY (Sunday, June 7th) we're firing up the grill from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM!

So if you've been craving one of our juicy burgers, fresh-cut fries, crispy poutine, or your favourite chip hut meal, today is the day!

We appreciate every customer who stopped by, waited patiently, and supported our small family business. We’re a small kitchen, and we’re doing our best to prep more each day, but you’ve been keeping us BUSY in the best way.

We’re officially sold out for today.

What an incredible day at the Chip Hut. A huge thank‑you to everyone who came out — you cleaned us right out of fries, Beverley Burgers, and nearly every drop of corn dog batter. It was a busy morning and afternoon, and we’re grateful for every single one of you.

Because of the rush, we had to close early today at 3:00pm (Saturday, May 30th). No complaints here — just appreciation.

But don’t worry…
We’re restocking, regrouping, and firing everything back up tomorrow!
