It's !

Meet Porter, who is 🐶ADOPTABLE🐶 through our friends , and is a Patient Paws still looking for his perfect forever home.

“Hi! I'm Porter! Can you hold this ball for me, please? Great! Now can you throw it? Yay! Thank you so much!! Now how about you do it all over again? My new home should have a good selection of balls, especially tennis balls, because I like to pick a new favourite every day.

I’m a 3-year old German Shepherd mix that would love a high-energy family to take me on lots of outdoor adventures - I’d be a great hiking companion! I’m looking for an experienced dog owner who can help me settle into my new environment with lots of positive reinforcement. I’m a big boy, so would be best suited to a home with older children or teenagers, without any cats or small critters.”

Read more about Porter and apply to meet him at 's website at the link in our bio.

It's dudes! Meet Charlie, a 6 year old adoptable Australian Cattle Dog! He's been with our buds at since December. Could you be Charlie's new best friend? Hit the Calgary Humane Society link in our bio to learn more about Charlie and set up a meet and greet.

"Hi, I'm Charlie, and I'm looking for the perfect retirement home! My favourite things are walks, naps, and cuddles, and my foster family called me "a lovely, lovely gentleman" who is "perfect for the person who wants low-key, but still enjoys neighbourhood strolls." Does that sound like you? If you have another pup in the home, that might be okay with me, as long as they're calm and polite - we can set up a meet-and-greet to see if we get along. That said, I don't like all dogs (just like you probably don't like all people!), so off-leash parks are off-limits to me. That shouldn't be a problem - we can enjoy lots of nice walks together! I would also likely benefit from a dental diet to keep my smile nice and shiny. As you can see, I'm sure cute, but I'm even cuter in person - so make an appointment to meet me and see for yourself! I'll be waiting patiently for you, new family!"

It's , which means we've got another 🐾adoptable 🐾 pup coming your way. Meet Dexter, who's available through . Dexter is a goofy, lovable 1-year old Bulldog/Lab mix that is looking for an active forever home to join! Dexter is still a young guy, and has lots of puppy-like antics, but he is very smart and is a quick learner! Dexter's ideal home will be comfortable with high energy breed dogs and have some time to help Dexter finesse his manners. This snuggly, happy boy can't wait to find his people so he can smother them in hugs and kisses! Think you'd be the perfect fit be the Dexter? Head to the link in our bio!
