There’s always room for a little cake!

Joining us for a special dinner at Pluvio to celebrate? We’re happy to offer these cute little cakes as a tasting menu add on, for those looking to organize a little something special.

We need a little bit of notice (48 hours minimum), but we’re always thrilled to make your celebration extra special!

Our little 4” cakes are available in either vanilla with seasonal fruit, or chocolate. Which would you choose?!

We’re thrilled to introduce Trevor!

Trevor was hired last Fall for a position in the kitchen starting in Spring, and he patiently waited out the winter in the Prairies he calls home to make the move to the coast.

Since arriving in April, Trevor has quickly settled in and become an integral member of the team.

Look for Trevor out for a morning walk before work or exploring on a day off and say hi! If you see him today, wish him a belated happy birthday!

Our little team works incredibly hard through the busy summer months, and taking care of the people who take such good care of Pluvio is very important to us.

This late-summer care package went out to everyone this week, filled with fresh Island vegetables, local eggs, and herbs from our garden.

We’ll also be closed September 28th, 29th, and 30th for our annual team getaway. A few days together to eat, explore, laugh, relax, and celebrate another summer season.

Another treat courtesy of our friends Eboni and Lyle at Sproat Lake Farms.

Heritage Rare Breed Pork, Red Pepper Koji Kombucha Glaze, Unearthed Organics’ Heirloom Beans, Okanagan Peaches, ‘Tatlo Road Farm’ Tomatoes and Purslane, Garden Rosemary.

This dish uses every part of pork, with a rotating cut and the bones used to make the sauce.
