Only 3 days left of our season at Sansome’s! 🦞

And it looks like Mother Nature is going to give us a beautiful weekend to finish things off. ☀️

So if you were thinking about getting in one last visit, having your favourite meal, or just stopping by to say hello — this is the weekend!

We’re open Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 12-8pm and then we’ll be closing up for the season on September 26th.

We’d love to see you one more time before we call it a season. ❤️

We had the pleasure of welcoming Beverly Bass for lunch. Many of you will recognize her as one of the pilots whose story became part of the incredible events that inspired Come From Away.

It was wonderful to have her stop in and enjoy a meal. Thank you for visiting us, Beverly—we’re so glad you chose Sansome’s while in Newfoundland.

Season Update from Sansome’s!

We are currently scheduled to remain open until September 26, 2026!

As we move into the fall season, please note that we will be closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.

📍 Open Thursday–Monday
⏰ 12 PM – 8 PM

While we’re known for our fresh seafood, we’re much more than that! We also offer a great selection of burgers, pasta, wings, onion rings, chicken tenders, fries, and other favourites—there’s something for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this season. We look forward to welcoming both locals and visitors for a few more weeks of great food, views, and authentic outport hospitality.
