What a beautiful sunshiney day! 🌞
I have been putting this post off but I need to update everyone about 55 North Burger

Sadly I'm unable to operate my food truck this year 😭 There are just too many hurdles for me and I'm unable and unwilling to use every ounce of energy to make it work. I really wish things could have panned out differently.

But on a happy note, I'll be spending lots of quality time with my family and children and you might see me from time to time at our amazing local Bakery. ❤️

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2022 season and hope to see you and serve you again in the future. 🙏

on location! This was a fun gig! We did a full breakfast spread for a hungry crew of hard-working wind turbine technicians .

I really want to do some more on location catering this year.

I am imagining a midnight snack at a big wedding with a poutine and a perogie bar. Or a company BBQ set up with my huge commercial BBQ. Or even a reunion or birthday party. 🍔🍟🥗

Please reach out to me to discuss your perfect event! I would love to work with you, and we are so much more than just 55 North Burger but we do these really well 😋

What's for supper?

I'm @ 55 North Burger till 7 tonight and I have TAKE AND BAKE LASAGNA.

It's a 9x9 pan of fresh made lasagna. You will bake it for about an hour and 15 min @ 350 and your whole house will smell great. It will feed a small family of 2- 4 or would be the perfect supper then lunch for a working person. Kids love this dish, recipe credit to my momma who made this dish often at Action Play Cafe 😄

It's made with a rich meat sauce, 4 cheeses and a little spinach.

$28 for a 9x9 pan
$35 for the lasagna and a large Caesar salad

Pick up today and tomorrow's dinner will be a breeze 😋 freezes great once baked
