A grey, foggy day for the ages!

Labour Day Fest ’26 may have brought us a little Newfoundland weather, but that certainly didn’t stop the Golden Hall from shining!

A huge thank you to Shanneyganock, Judy Marie Brazil's Music Page, Bic and The Ballpoints, and Eddie Coffey & the Grey Foggy Dew’O for taking the stage and giving us one incredible night of live music.

To everyone who travelled from near and far to join us in Trepassey, THANK YOU! Seeing the Golden Hall filled with people who came out to sing, dance, laugh, and enjoy the night together made this event everything we hoped it would be.

And to our amazing staff and team who worked behind the scenes to make it all happen, we couldn’t have done it without you.

From all of us at the Edge of the Avalon Inn, thank you for making Labour Day Fest ’26 one to remember. Rain, fog and all. ❤️

Hospitality NL was pleased to meet with the Honourable Mike Goosney, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, this week.

Chair John Devereaux and Vice Chair Todd Perrin had a great conversation with Minister Goosney about the priorities and opportunities ahead for Newfoundland and Labrador’s tourism industry.

We look forward to working together to strengthen our tourism sector and support continued growth across the province.

🎶 THE CONCERT SERIES IS RETURNING TO PORTUGAL COVE SOUTH! 🎶

We are delighted to announce that the Mistaken Point Cape Race Heritage Inc. Concert Series is returning!

Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Clarence Molloy Community Centre for a wonderful evening of live music featuring three talented musicians whom we have all come to know and love:
