We’re officially entering our fall era 🍂

Apple of My Pie 🍎🥧 brings together coffees from Acatenango, Guatemala 🇬🇹 and Pueblo Nuevo, Nicaragua 🇳🇮 for a cup that tastes like autumn got a little too comfortable.

Think crisp apple, rich butterscotch & a little cardamom spice, basically the coffee equivalent of putting on a sweater and suddenly having your life together.

Now brewing at Found. No funny business, just very good coffee ☕️

Leighton Walters has officially lost the plot and become a beekeeper.

We’ve teamed up with Backed By Bees to bring their local Ontario honey into our shops! you’ll now find it making its way into our seasonal drinks + on our toast and oats on the menu 🍯

Supporting local means keeping the good stuff close to home: local farms, local producers, local bees doing very important little jobs.

And because apparently we weren’t doing enough… we have our own Found beehive too. 🐝

So if your latte tastes a little sweeter lately, just know there are several thousand tiny employees we need to thank 🍯☕️

This month we’re heading to Pueblo Nuevo, Nicaragua, where third-generation producer Milton Canales and his brothers continue a family legacy of specialty coffee production.

Grown at 1,500 metres above sea level, this Caturra & Bourbon lot gets its bold character from a rare anaerobic natural process. By fermenting the coffee without oxygen, the process helps develop layers of fruit, sweetness and depth.

In the cup, expect sweet cherry, dark chocolate and cola, with a round, syrupy mouthfeel and plenty of complexity.

A coffee that works beautifully both as a vibrant filter and a fruit-forward espresso. ☕️

Come taste the deliciousness 🙌🏼
