A quick update to a story from a few weeks ago.

If you recall, someone broke the glass at our Scarborough location. With the help of Toronto Police, the individual was located and arrested the next day.

At the time, many of you wondered why this happened. We never really knew the reason.

Well, the same person returned today, yelling and swearing at our team, and making anti-Palestinian comments.

As Toronto Police were here taking statements, the individual was spotted again in our plaza and arrested once again.

Our team was definitely shaken up, and yes, it’s scary. But more than anything, we truly hope this person gets the help he needs. We don’t know who he is but we are not his enemy. There’s already enough division in the world.

Thank you to Toronto Police for responding so quickly.
