To Our Alfie’s Community🤍

We owe some of our guests a sincere apology for the unacceptable wait times experienced during our recent service.

We’ve listened carefully to your feedback and have already made changes to how we manage our busiest lunch periods, including pausing third-party ordering platforms during peak service.

Unfortunately, despite those measures, technical issues resulted in orders continuing to come through while our team was attempting to pause and manage them, creating significant delays.

While the technology was beyond our control, your experience was not and we take responsibility for it.

Our team worked incredibly hard to maintain the quality of every order leaving our kitchen, but we understand that quality also means respecting your time and providing the level of service you expect from Alfie’s.

To everyone who showed our team patience and kindness, thank you. And to those whose experience fell short of our standards, we sincerely apologize.
