Instead, Team Arm Wrestling Federation (TAWF) brings chaos, camaraderie, and strategy with the world’s first professional team-based arm wrestling league. Think: all the raw power of arm wrestling, but with way more drama, entertainment, and high-stakes action. 🍿

Shake up your Saturday with the pre-season kick-off on October 11, 2025 (doors open at 12:30pm) when team Toronto Smoke takes on the Montreal Saints at Henderson Brewing Co.

You can expect quality brews, jam-packed action, and a newfound love for the sport.

Today is the day to celebrate the indigenous white grape, Verdejo (pronounced: Vurr-day-ho), from our client (Rueda (pronounced: Roo-eh-duh). About Rueda: Rueda, located 170 km northwest of Madrid, near the River Duero, is the second best-selling wine in Spain (considering red, rosé and white wines) after Rioja. White wine consumption in Spain is currently 29% and Rueda’s market share is 44.6% and ranks #1. 

D.O. Rueda’s wine production dates back to the eleventh century when King Alfonso VI granted the land to monasteries. The production of wine gained prestige during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries as one of the “Vinos de la Corte” (wines of the Court of the Castilian Kings). Now, the appellation has 79 wineries, 40% of which have female winemakers, and over 1,523 vine-growers.  Pick up a bottle at your local wine store and celebrate with us!!! 🥂🥂
