We are proud to announce that we have now become members of the Oceanwise Program. Oceanwise is a conservation program started by the Vancouver Aquarium created to educate and empower consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood. Oceanwise works directly with partner restaurants, markets, food suppliers and fisheries. The Oceanwise program is built upon the premise that, when properly supported, sustainability is good for business. With the help of Oceanwise it is our goal at Parkette Kitchen and Bar to only offer sustainable seafood choices on our menus.
