aster mixologists to create unique and complex flavor compositions that taste as though a team of experts crafted them right in your kitchen. Imagine the taste of tart blood oranges infused with deep wintery spices like clove, cinnamon and cardamom rounded out with the rich natural sweetness of maple syrup, and you have Crazy Uncle’s first creation to hit LCBO store shelves: Blood Orange, Rosemary and Maple Punch. And it doesn’t end there! We paired this creation with a cinnamon and rosemary sugar rimmer to complete the overall cocktail experience. Inspired by the rise of mixology and ubiquity of ‘foodie culture’, we created Crazy Uncle to celebrate a union we’ve long awaited: Food and Drink. Crazy Uncle Strawberry Cheesecake Cocktail 🍰🍓

INGREDIENTS
1/4 oz strawberry syrup
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1 tsp powdered sugar
Freeze-dried strawberries for garnish, optional
Lots of ice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a glass, froth the heavy cream, whipped cream cheese, and powdered sugar until thick and creamy
2. Fill a glass with lots of ice
3. Add Crazy Uncle’s Strawberry Cream Soda
4. Top with the cream cheese cold foam
5. Garnish with strawberries
6. Enjoy!
