To our El Tenedor family,

Many of you have been with us since the very beginning. You’ve shared meals, stories, celebrations—and in many ways, you’ve helped shape what El Tenedor has become today.

When we create something new, it’s always with you in mind.

Our latest addition, Shrimp Tostadas, reflects the way we love to cook: fresh, vegetable-forward, and guided by flavour above all else. Crisp corn tostadas layered with guacamole, mango, and our house pepper sauce, finished with grilled shrimp and vibrant greens. Familiar ingredients, brought together with a perspective that draws from many places.

It’s a small expression of our ongoing journey—one that we’re grateful to share with you.
