Class is still outside. ☀️🐶

Our patio is still open weather permitting and yes your furry classmates are absolutely invited. Especially since their drinks are always on us. 😚

So while patio season is still hanging on, bring your best study buddy, grab a table and enjoy a little recess together. ❤️

Final bell for Chai’s School Musical. 🎶🥞

This is the last weekend to catch our September feature: chai-spiced pancakes topped with toasted pecans and vanilla bean glaze.

If this one’s been on your study list, consider this your deadline. 📚

Pause challenge 👀

Hold the screen and whatever side lands on your “Grown Up” Grilled Cheese is what you have to order next time. No switching answers after the fact. 😂

🍟 Fries = extra credit

When the principal has better chalkboard handwriting than the rest of the class. ✏️

One of our signs from Give Me Liberty, hand-drawn by our manager for the SCHOOL booth!

Honestly this may deserve permanent placement on campus. 🤓

Yesterday’s field trip: Give Me Liberty. 📚✨

A full afternoon and evening of music, performances, neighbours, familiar faces and a whole lot of good food! 😋

Our SCHOOL team came out to serve up a few creative faves, catch the performances and be part of it all.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, said hi, grabbed a bite and joined in on the fun. Class was definitely in session. 😚

Some subjects are easier to study than others. 🧀📚

Case in point: Mac & Cheese. Golden, creamy, baked with a crispy top and served with greens because we’re still expected to be responsible students. 😌

Consider this one required reading.

Toronto finally gave us one of those “maybe I *do* want a hot drink” days ☕️🍂

Not quite sweater weather but cool enough to make a latte feel like the right answer. 🤎

POV: the SCHOOL staff conducting important quality control. 🫡🥞

Today’s assignment: Chai’s School Musical.

Chai-spiced pancakes, toasted pecans, vanilla bean glaze, brown sugar butter + whipped cream.

We take our homework very seriously. 📚

You already know what we’re bringing to Give Me Liberty… now here’s a closer look. 👀

Chicken & waffles, plus Lunch Lady Joe’s crispy crust French toast, both getting the handheld treatment for the street party.

Consider this your reminder to come hungry on Thursday, September 17. 😌📆

Caesar salad, but make it cool at SCHOOL. 😎🥬📚

The Kail! Caesar is bringing creamy lemon-garlic dressing, crispy capers & onions, fried polenta croutons and plenty of crunch to the lesson plan.

Yes, it’s vegan. 😌❤️
