🌶️ What is Yum Moo Yor?
Yum Moo Yor is a beloved Isaan (Northeastern Thai) salad made with sliced moo yor - a steamed pork sausage similar to Vietnamese chả lụa - tossed with shallots, cilantro, mint, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili. “Yum” means Thai-style salad, known for balancing sour, spicy, salty, and savory in every bite.
