🍗 FRIDAY FEAST: Discover a Portuguese Icon! 🇵🇹
Starting this week, we are starting a delicious new tradition. Every single Friday, we are bringing a true Portuguese soul-food classic to your table: ARROZ CABIDELA.
If you’ve never had it, Cabidela is a profoundly rich, deeply flavourful, and complex poultry rice stew. We cook our free-range chicken slowly with aromatic herbs and rice, using a traditional technique that creates a texture that is impossibly creamy and velvety.
The result is a savory, comfort-food masterclass—perfectly complemented by a crisp, cold glass of Vinho Verde.
✨ This isn’t just a meal; it’s a centuries-old Portuguese experience.✨
Cabidela is best enjoyed together, so grab your friends, mark your calendars, and make your Fridays legendary.
