Meet Burnt Canvas — a bold blend of Amaras Verde Mezcal, Ancho Chili Tequila, tamarind, pear, lime and mole bitters, served against a charred corn husk “canvas.” Smoky, bright, earthy and layered, this is a drink designed to bring a little creativity to your Nuit Blanche evening.

Created for Nuit Blanche, our Pavlova brings together crisp, delicate marshmallow meringue, soft Chantilly cream, bright raspberry coulis, fresh figs and a touch of rosemary. Each element adds its own texture and flavour, coming together in a dessert that’s as beautiful to look at as it is enjoyable to savour.
