The Grenadier Group began its relationship with the City of Toronto in 1981, when John Caragianakos took over the operations of the Grenadier Restaurant in High Park. Since then, the Caragianakos family has provided uninterrupted management of the restaurant and has expanded its operations to include other concessions in the park as well as Sunnyside Pavilion and Café. as grown significantly in the past 30+ years, it has never forgotten the importance of its community roots, investing in community facilities and infrastructure in the Western Beaches and playing an active leadership roles in many community-based organizations.
