I was recently asked if I make cupcakes as well as cakes and the answer is absolutely yes! 🧁✨️
These little beauties are essentially individualized cakes, which means they take just as much care and detail. Because of that, cupcake orders start at a minimum of one dozen and go up from there
Perfect for events, celebrations, or when everyone deserves their own cake moment.

I've been back in Canada for a couple of days now and finally found time to edit this video from the pastry classes I took in Paris!
I originally booked a croissant class with the intention of relearning a skill I never really got to use. I was so impressed with Chef Leo's teachings that I ended up rebooking a macaron class I had previously canceled.
Macarons are one of those treats that are notoriously tricky to get right and I've made enough of them that I wondered if booking a class was necessary. The intention of that class was to hone a skill and hopefully learn some new techniques. The classes did not disappoint, I learned so much!
