Our “regular customer” came back… and apparently he has been studying.

First he learned how to open the garbage bin window, so we added a string. Problem solved, right?
Wrong.

One bite later — string gone. Bear: 1, Humans: 0.
When you love tacos this much, nothing will stop you. Not locks. Not strings. Not even “bear-proof” garbage bins. 😂

Don’t worry, the tacos are safe… for now.

Our Birria Quesadilla is loaded with slow-roasted beef brisket, Mexican spices, melted cheese, onion, and cilantro on corn tortillas — served with rich birria sauce for dipping.
