Hey guys!!

I hope everybody is enjoying there weekend so far, sun is finally coming out little bit yay!) So Monday is July 1 I'm switching things up a little, since theres some activity's happening at gillies lake starting at 7 pm I'm going to open at 4pm instead of 11 and I'll close at midnight instead of 8. Come down and watch the entertainment and drone show and why not grab a small meatball poutine and a pop for $10 plus tax. And yes my meatballs are homemade of course.

Hey guys!! So since it's so humid out, it is extremely hot in the stand right now I'm sitting at +45 and it will get hotter, so on that note I hope everybody understands that i will be closing at 4 today, I can't risk my team getting heat exhaustion or worse . I apologize but we will reopen tomorrow at 11am, I also wanted to welcome the newests members of my team you'll notice i have 2 new faces , the youngest of the 2 is Aaden Doiron he is my oldest grandson🥰, for 15 years now I've been experiencing lots of first with him and now different firsts lol were does the time go.... and for the second is my Nephew Wayne Saumur , he is a fantastic addition to my team, he is a natural in the stand, I just want to say ,,so so so proud of the both of you, not only because your family but of the remarkable people you both are😍. Thank you to all my team Bre,Wayne and last but not least Aaden.
