🥯 Why no fresh housemade bagels on Tuesdays?

We get asked this a lot! Since we’re closed on Mondays, our hardworking staff gets a well deserved day off ❤️

Our bagels also aren’t something we rush. We use a long fermentation process and let the dough rest overnight in the fridge to develop that chewy texture and amazing flavour you love. Because of that extra time and care, we aren’t able to have a fresh batch ready for Tuesday morning.

Fresh housemade bagels are available Wednesday through Saturday — hot, fresh, and made from scratch with the time and care they deserve 🥯✨
