Washer Toss Roundup

That 4pm rain shower brought some sticky warm air to the pit tonight — it was a hot one. Nine teams stuck it out and proved it’s not just the air that was hot!

Matt once again won most pipes with 4 during regulation play, and 6 other players also threw at least one pipe.

The playoff rounds were pipe-filled too, making short work of opponents.

Mary-Ann had the highest shot of the night — a pipe followed by 2 more in the box for a total of 7 points. Way to go! Bragging rights galore.

In the end, Boudie and Zack came in second to Mark and Gary, who took the money prize. Gary’s three pipes in the last game kind of clinched the win.

🎶The King Bros were hot tonight too — these guys are worth seeing even if you don’t venture into the pit.

Thanks to G Money (aka Glenda) for running things smooth as silk.

👑 Overall Champs + Round 1 Winners: The Youngins — still on top, as always.

🌟 Round 2 Standouts: Liam and the 333 Girls from Prospect Rd. First time playing, and they dropped an 18/20 — quizmaster Kraig was gobsmacked. 🤯

🏝️ Round 3 Nail-Biter: It came down to a playoff between the “Youngins” and “We’re Only Here for the Wings” — how many islands make up Japan? The Youngins guessed 13. Wings guessed 52. The real answer: 14,125. 😅 Not close for either team, but the Wings’ guess won it, taking the round!

🎊 Most Fun & Enthusiasm: a full table of family making up two teams: “We’re Only Here for the Wings” and the “Swagmasters” brought the energy all night.

🥲 Lowest Score (with love): The Naked Campers.

😎 Chillest Team in the Room: The Gummy Gang — vibing all night, no notes.
