donuts and cookies class: you learn the dough basics, you make 4 types of donuts, sticky buns.
cookies learned: triple chocolate cookies as well as shortbread 3 ways! thimble cookies, rainbow cookies and lemon glazed cookies

artisan breads: you will learn dough basics, forming, scoring. 3 shapes, 2 flavors. as well as learning focaccia basics. toppings and substitutions!

cakes and cookies: you will learn the basics of icing a cake, cromb coat, piping and finishing touches. cookies will be baked off for you to decorate! halloween theme class, cake and cookie decorating contest for both age groups, halloween drinks and snacks for the evening!

Our panini today is our chicken bacon cheddar panini.
Pastries are stocked, bannock on the shelf!
