😅 When “Professional Cleaning” Feels Like a Prank 😅

Restaurant friends — learn from my mistake!

I hired VP’s Cleaning Service for a second hood cleaning at my place. The first job was just okay, but the second time? You wouldn’t believe it unless you saw the photos (which I’m happy to share). Grease and grime still everywhere.

So I reached out to the owner, expecting a normal, responsible follow-up. What I got instead was… an AI-generated excuse. Literally. They used AI to explain why the job wasn’t done right — something about “safety concerns,” “access panels,” and how real cleaning costs extra.

Let me get this straight — you take the job, barely do it, then blame my setup and suggest I pay more? 🤷‍♂️

To all restaurant owners: unless you enjoy poor service and robotic excuses, maybe skip VP’s and find someone who actually shows up and takes pride in their work.
