We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and food items while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Benefits
Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off
Accommodation: Company-provided housing in Thompson during scheduled workdays
Travel: Transportation to Thompson at the start of your shift and return travel after completion is covered by the company
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences
Operate POS systems (e.g., Micros POS) for order processing and cash handling
Provide prompt and friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales
Ensure accuracy and efficiency during peak service hours
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in food service, food preparation, or restaurant settings is an asset but not required
Familiarity with POS systems (Micros or similar) is an advantage
Strong basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
