📣 Important Update for Our Final Week

As we head into our last week of operation, we will not be taking reservations.

We will be fully staffed with FULL dining room and lounge service available — this decision allows us to serve as many of you as possible during our final days!

We can’t wait to welcome you in, share a few more laughs, and make the most of this last week together. Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to show up for us the way you always have.

A reminder that our final day of operation will be February 21st. On our last Saturday, the lounge will be closed to the public after 5pm.

As we enter into our 2nd last week of operation, we are feeling quite sentimental about our nearly 30 years in business. Our customers are always at the forefront of everything we do and it’s because of you that these walls hold so many stories. First dates, family dinners, championship celebrations, late-night laughs, staff parties, and everything in between.

We would love to hear (and see!) your favourite GT memories so flood our comments with stories, pictures, anything that comes to mind when you think of Good Thymes!

Waldo made an appearance here at GT’s on Saturday and had such a good time he decided to stick around for a while! Waldo loves a good photo op so feel free to stop in and get a picture with him!

Alright, now that the news is out… let’s have some fun with it.

As we head into our final stretch, we’ve been feeling a little nostalgic — and after 29 years, we’ve served A LOT of food. Different menus, different eras, different favourites… and everyone seems to have “that one thing” they still talk about.

So - we want to hear from you!

👉 What was your favourite Good Thymes dish of all time?
👉 What soups do you want to see make a comeback for Soup du Jour?

From the classics, to the “I haven’t had that since 2004” items — tell us everything. We’ll be choosing fan favourites to bring back over the next couple months so you can enjoy them one more time before we close on February 22, 2026.

Whether it was your go-to after hockey, your date-night dish, that meal you ordered every single time, or the soup that cured your winter cold — we want to know what meant something to you.

It's the end of an era...

After nearly 30 years, Good Thymes will serve its last course.
Our last day will be February 22nd, 2026.

While Good Thymes will be no more, the same great staff will continue on providing hospitality within these walls as a new era begins in the same location. Opening date to be announced soon.

Good Thymes will be retiring with Robert. As they say, all good things must come to an end — but that also means making room for something new!
We will be enjoying our last Christmas break and back for our final curtain call, January 6th. There’s still time left, so come by, use up those gift cards, grab a bite, share a laugh, and enjoy a few more Good Thymes before the final plate is served.
