Good Morning SRKC fans. We are going to be changing up some things for this little home based biz for the end of August, September and possibly beyond🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Definitely feeling blessed beyond measure to have so many Breakfast, Lunch/ Dinner gigs, Golf Course Catering, Fishing Lodges, School Lunches ect on the upcoming schedule. This also means we have to change some things up in order for me to keep my sanity🤣 and not burn out my staff who are literally the most beautiful humans on earth😍. With a super demanding upcoming schedule and my dream of hopefully 🤷🏻‍♀️getting the website back up and running for pre-ordering and meal prep, this girl is FINALLY going to be taking a week off to recharge/relax/reconnect after our last couple big gigs of this month!!

After 69 weeks of stocking Artisantique with Healthy Goodness on top of our crazy schedule, something has to give, and unfortunately, it's the store, for a bit. Artisantique has served over 180 of our different recipes from our little kitchen. We've met tons of new friends and made some great lifelong connections. We look forward to coming back if our new schedule allows!!

We will keep you all apprised of our return and the when's, where, why's once decided!! Thankyou so much for supporting this little dream of mine🥰

GF Birria Taco Bags are loaded up Artisantique! Everything you need is in the bag and you could be eating dinner in 20 minutes tonight with your loved ones! 12 tacos in the bag and they are tasty and filling🤤

This weeks Salad is a Vegan/GF.
Roasted Zucchini & Corn, Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds, Chick Peas, Fresh Dill with a Lemon Vinaigrette with 4 different types of Microgreens;

Broccoli microgreens:
Contain high levels of sulforaphane, vitamins C, E, and K, and minerals like magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc.

Arugula Microgreens: Rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, and essential amino acids. Arugula microgreens contain up to 25% protein and are easier to digest than their larger form.

Radish Microgreens: nutritional powerhouse, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are a great source of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as potassium, magnesium, and zinc. Additionally, they contain significant amounts of iron, phosphorus, and antioxidants, which can help protect cells from damage.

Sweet Pea Shoots: rich in lecithin, iron, boron and calcium. It contains all of the B vitamins, C, and K, folic acid, magnesium, manganese, and selenium. By requests the Greek Salad is Back! There is nothing better on a hot day than the cold crunch of some FRESH Organic Vegetables! As always no seed oils are used in our homemade dressings. GF Chicken & GF/Vegan versions available!

This week we put out a Chicken Taco Kit we have been trial and error-ing. EVERYTHING you need for 12 Tacos is in the Kit! Gluten Free versions available as well!

It was a hot one in the kitchen today that really had me thinking about the old food truck! Miss that old girl severely but loved having a A/C option!! Late drop off at Artisantique just happened!

Crispy Smashed Potato Salads with Bacon and without for a Vegan version! These turned out quite tasty🤤

Skinny Beef Meatball Stroganoff is the High Protein Meal of the week! It's filling and comes in at 448 Calories, 56 gr of Protein, 42 gr of Carbs and 18 grams of Fat!!

Super busy Tuesday so we couldn't squeeze the store stock in but Artisantique Fridge is loaded and good to go with Healthy Goodness! As always they are Organic, Gluten Free and have NO Seed Oils!!

I've been having some fun tweaking some great recipes to severely lower the fat and raise the protein numbers! This weeks High Protein Meal is Marry Me Chicken and it comes in at 499 Calories, 56 gr of Protein, 23gr of Carbs and 15 gr of Fat!!

This weeks Salad is full of a mix of fresh fruit and once again there is a Vegan/Vegetarian option as well as one with Grilled Chicken for all the meat eaters!
