Today is Jaylene’s last day! She has been with us for almost three years and it is sad to see her go but I know it is a happy moment in her life so I am glad she is taking the step. I’d like to thank her for all of the hard work, joy and energy she brought to this place.
Make sure you tell her good bye today.

This is most likely my last post. Not much of a secret but 8 weeks ago I resigned from the kitchen manager positions at SVGC. I would like to thank everyone that helped me make this place a good little spot to eat in the northwest. You know who you are.
Special thanks to:
-Keannan who has been my sous-chef and friend for the past 3 years. You ‘ve leaned alot bud. Good luck with your new project.
-Mariah, along with Jay, you have been a great source of energy for me when the kitchen was draining me out.
-Germain, without whom none of this would have been possible, as we see now.
-Dheeraj, such a positive and hard working kid, you humbled me big time.

A new chef should be coming in soon and I will dissolve this page.
I have no plans in managing kitchens in near future.
Thanks for all the support between Mumford’s and here Terrace.

On feature for men’s night tonight:
-Lasagna bolognese with garlic scape butter baguette. $18
First one should be ready by 6pm
Lamb mergez burger. Spicy lamb sausage patty 1/2 lb, sundried tomato aioli and melted fior de latte. $16 no sides

Tajine on special 20$ until we are out.

Another beautifull summer day in the Skeena valley. Good news is that we are opened tonight! On feature we have:
-Shrimp tacos for $18
-Chicken-parm sandwich on ciabatta for $16
-Smoked pork steak with mashed, gravy, apple-bacon jam, roasted carrots & brocolini for $20
- Steak of the day is an 8 oz Striploin, served with fries, mixed greens and peppercorn sauce for $35

One of the first Friday in a while that the forno will be on. If all goes well we’ll be serving pizzas by 5 pm.

Cheapest drinks in town, friendliest servers. Come enjoy it while you can, it may not last forever.

Sorry folks there was a bug with our land line. City west just fixed it. Practice round tonight so no tables after 7 pm and we are pretty booked before that. On feature: Veal schnitzel with bratwurst, beer braised sauerkraut and käsespätzle (caramelised onion and cheese spätzle)

We are looking for a customer that was just here around 3:30 with his son. There was a mistake on the bill and he ended up paying 30$ extra! We would like to make it right. If that is you call us or stop by.

Tonight Thursday June 19th we will be closing the restaurant at 4 pm to get ready to host a special Ladies scramble event. Same for tomorrow Friday and we will be closed Saturday and Sunday as well for more scrambles. Sorry for the inconvenience.
