Trends come and go. Seasons change. But some dishes earn their place and never leave — quietly blooming into a crave-worthy dish. 🥢❤️

Our Cantonese Ho Fun has been on the Chopstix menu since day one, and lately, it’s been climbing the board of customer favourites — and we couldn’t be happier!

Wide rice noodles, egg, your choice of protein, crisp vegetables and savoury garlic-soy, all wok-seared in our signature pho-infused beef tallow, rendered from the rich oils of our house pho broth. It’s full of flavour, comforting, and made with the kind of thoughtful cooking we love. 🥰

And today marks the start of our final week before our little break! Come enjoy your Chopstix favourites one more time before we close for some much-needed rest.

Tues–Sat | 12PM–9PM

We’ll see you at the table. ❤️🥢

A Little Change of Plans 🌿

With Labour Day falling a little later this year, we’ve decided to move our annual week-long closure from the end of August to the first week of September.

And honestly… it just makes sense. ❤️

That final week of summer is also the week before the kids head back to school — a time when everyone is getting ready, organizing, squeezing in those last summer moments, and getting back into routine.

So we’re taking that week to do the same. Our team deserves a break, our family needs a reset, and everyone could use a little time to recharge. 🥢✨

But first… let’s ride through August! ☀️🌴

Come enjoy those last summer dinners, patio nights, good food and good company with us. We’ll be here all month long, making the most of every last bit of summer.

We’ll be closed September 1–7 and back to serving you on September 8.

So let’s make August count. ❤️
See you at Chopstix! 🥢

🌿 THIS WEEK AT CHOPSTIX 🥢

Three favourites, all in one week! 💚

🐟 Thai Green Curry Salmon
Fresh salmon steak grilled to perfection, served with bok choy, red peppers, carrots & onions over jasmine rice, finished with our creamy green curry sauce & fresh Thai basil. 🌶️ Medium spicy.

🍄 Umami Mushroom Soup is BACK!
Our flavour-packed mushroom soup with shiitake, oyster & shimeji mushrooms and fragrant lemon basil from our garden. 🌿 With lemon basil season coming to an end, this one won’t be around forever!

💚 Gang Kew Wan — Green Curry Stir-Fry
A beloved classic from our House of Pad Thai days, and one you’ve been asking us to bring back! Since we already have that delicious green curry sauce going, we figured it was the perfect time. 😉

Three delicious reasons to stop by this week 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

Which one are you trying first? 🥢✨

✨️Every story has a beginning.
Ours was served on a plate & it's THE dish that started it all. ❤️

Before Chopstix, there was House of Pad Thai — and Pad Thai has been at the heart of our story from the very beginning.

It’s still our #1 dish, and honestly, we couldn’t be more grateful for all the love that has brought us from there to here. 🥹

So, before we take our little end-of-summer break August 23rd–August 31st, come enjoy the dish that started it all. 🍜❤️

Our beginning. Our favourite. Your Pad Thai. 🥢

There are two kinds of people in this world... 🍜

Some people crave comfort. Some people crave chaos.

Our classic wonton soup is comfort in a bowl.

Add our spicy flavour bomb, and it becomes a fiery, herb-packed experience that'll wake up your taste buds.

Which one are you? Team Classic or Team Spicy? 👇🔥

🎵 "It's all about you..."

Actually... it's all about this soup. 🤣🍄

🌿 Our garden is overflowing with fresh herbs, and the lemon basil is at its absolute best right now.

That inspired this weekend's feature: Umami Mushroom Soup (Gang Het)—a returning favourite from our House of Pad Thai days.
A comforting blend of fresh shiitake, oyster, and shimeji mushrooms, finished with spinach and fresh lemon basil for a bright, fragrant finish. Add chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.

Simple, comforting, and full of rich umami flavor. Served with jasmine rice and available this weekend while quantities last. 🥣🌿

You asked. We listened. 🔥

If you're one of our House of Pad Thai OGs... you already know.

Our legendary Drunken Noodles are officially on the Chopstix menu, and they've been flying out of the kitchen ever since.

Choose your favourite protein—or keep it vegetarian—but if you ask Chef, the shrimp is the way to go. 🍤👌

Perfectly seared shrimp, rice noodles, fresh vegetables, basil, and our bold signature red curry sauce.

Some dishes are worth the wait. This is one of them.
