Finally, someone said it! 🙌🏽
This was from a post discussing a pistachio Kunafa dessert priced at $16+ for a single serving, and I truly appreciate the support and understanding from those who get the real cost of quality ingredients.
Store-bought pistachio spreads are usually only about 45% pistachio, the rest is white chocolate, added flavors, and coloring. That’s why they’re super smooth and not grainy. But when you make it from scratch, just a 16 oz tub of real pistachio spread can take 2.5 cups or more of pure pistachios! 💚
I’m so grateful to those who’ve supported me and ordered my Dubai chocolate cake. It means so much that you value the premium ingredients and craftsmanship. Many of you have said you can taste the difference, and even feel good sharing it with your kids because you know it’s made from high-quality, clean ingredients. 🥹
A lot of you mentioned that my semi-sweet chocolate ganache tastes way better than the ones on store-bought cakes, especially those of you who usually avoid ganache altogether. That kind of feedback is what keeps me going. 💕
As always, I try my best to use the finest ingredients from Dutch cocoa to good quality chocolate chips, butter, and pistachios. And I hope I can keep doing that without feeling pressured to cut corners on quality or pricing just to sell more. That’s not in line with my values. 🍫
And a side note, yes, I do offer bundle deals for larger orders or even order in pairs. 😉
