First off, I want to apologize to everyone who came out for fish & chips last week. I tried a different fish product, and honestly, it did not meet the standard I want to serve. I appreciate everyone’s patience and feedback. This week we are back to a much better product and doing it right.

Today marks one year since I signed a contract to partner with the Royal Canadian Legion Strathmore-Branch No 10. It is incredible to see the progress we have made together in the last year.

There have been lots of ups and downs through this past year. I have learned a remarkable amount of information about myself and the business world!

I want to thank each and every one of you that have supported me over this past year. Without you there is no me and for that I am truly grateful!

Neon Vullo words cannot express how grateful I am to have met you and to have you as my rock! You are an incredible cook, a solid employee, and an amazing friend! Mom loves ya 😘 Thank you for being you!

Emily Hadden My little upcoming Rockstar! You have grown so much in this last year and I have enjoyed watching you every moment of it! You are bound to do great things in this life! Mom loves you 😘 Thank you for being you!
