To all of our customers,

After 5 years of our family serving you all amazing Vietnamese cuisine, we’re announcing that we will be departing from Pho Minh. New ownership will take over September 1st.

We’re incredibly grateful for your love and support over the years – it's what has kept us going through these incredibly taxing and brutal years.

We’re also confident that the new owners will continue to serve you all the same quality of Vietnamese cuisine you’ve come to expect out of Pho Minh. However please be patient with them as they will be bringing an overhauled menu with them.

For the remainder of this month, we will be open at our regular times of 11:00am – 8:00pm every day except Monday apart from August 21st, where we will be closing early to attend a reception.

Hey everyone,

Our staff is currently in the middle of moving homes, so we will be only open for half of the day (11:00 - 4:00) on Saturday July 23rd and Sunday July 24th.

Hello everyone,

Due to inflation and the rising costs of pretty much everything, we unfortunately have to increase our prices once more. Please check out our menu tab for our latest menu and prices.

Additionally, for ease of access to our up-to-date menu, we will have QR codes available in restaurant and for customers to take a picture for home.

We are making some adjustments to our menu.

Moving forward we are removing the following items from our menu:

30) Special Fried Rice
31) Chicken Fried Rice
32) Curry Chicken Fried Rice
43) Satay Stir Fry
44) Lemongrass Stir Fry
45) Curry Stir Fry
46) Pad Thai Stir Fry
47) Stir Fried Noodles
51) Veggie and Tofu Stir Fry
52) Veggie and Tofu Stir Fry

We understand that some of these items are go-tos for many customers. However due to the departure of some of our key staff members, the head chef simply cannot keep up with the demand for these items anymore, so we have to remove them.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this will cause.
