In the latest episode of On the W**e List with Michael, we turn our attention to Portugal and LAB, a red chosen for its balance, supple tannins and depth of flavour.

Michael takes us beyond the label, sharing the qualities that drew him to this w**e and the thought behind its place on the Bijou list.

Discover it at Bijou at the Church. Reservations through the link in our bio.

What a way to begin. Thank you to everyone who made this a special evening.

Does older always mean better? 🍷

In this episode of On the W**e List with Michael, we’re pouring Leaning Post Rosé from the Niagara Peninsula—a w**e Michael chose for our list after visiting the w**ery.

Strawberry notes, a little more body, and plenty of freshness. Hear what caught his attention, then join us for a glass at Bijou at the Church in Stratford.

A little sparkle, and a story behind the glass. 🥂

For the first edition of On the W**e List, Michael introduces Trevisana Prosecco. Made from Glera grapes, it’s bright, approachable, and a lovely companion to an evening at Bijou.

What would you pair with a glass?
